Wound Healing/Inner Child Work/Somatic Experience
Teacher: Rivka Malka Perlman with Rachel Welfeld
Driving our wounded beliefs are the messages our body holds from childhood. These wounds may be spoken about and understood but until they are seen, felt, held and nurtured within the body they will not heal.
This training will help you work with the inner recesses of the heart. Using Silent Listening – Intuitive Response, a body-centered approach to healing and transformation, you will gain access to the raw, the real and the sacred. This work will allow you to skillfully take a client to their most tender moments and bring awareness, breakthroughs, and healing to the pain. You will learn how to guide a client, or yourself, deeply into the moment, safely into the past and powerfully into the future. This high-level training is a delicate art and will teach you unconditional compassion and holding. As you learn to help a client process through their wounds and understand their somatic experience you will clear the way for new possibilities of emotional safety, intimacy and an open heart.

Each Module is taught over a 10 week period and includes

    • While each training is infinitely valuable on its own, to certify as a Redemption Coach you must attend all 4 trainings.
    • 10 video or audio classes
    • 10 live classes that include coaching demos and discussion

Homework

  • Full day live training (optional)

The classes are interactive, experiential and fun. We have a “get your hands dirty” approach. Each session contains teaching modules, practice modules and experimentation. You will gain immediate experience in coaching and will receive feedback on your skills. You will be coaching fellow students as well as new clients.
We strongly believe that you can only take your clients as far up the mountain as you have gone. Based on that belief, our trainings include rigorous exploration of your inner self. We cheerfully expect that you bring your “full game” to every session. We also expect you to set up at least one personal coaching session during the time that you attend the school.
Your growth as a coach will be a reflection of your growth as a human being. Working together with your coaching community you will learn how to hold and heal, how to cheer and challenge. This is not only a School for Coaching. It is a School for Life.
You will heal your heart and your relationships and you will be equipped with the confidence, skills and resources to take your gift to the world.

A look at other approaches:
1) Life Coaching is focused on helping people get clarity and results so that they can live with choices instead of being stuck in corners.
2) Healing Work concentrates on one’s past trauma and the ways in which that trauma is still alive within them and needs release.
3) Somatic Work addresses the body and the stress patterns that are stored within it that bring about unconscious, unwanted reactions.
4) Spiritual Coaching encourages a client to look toward their soul and toward G-d for the answers they seek.
The Redemption School brings together ALL these modalities and more.
Our goal is to expand the consciousness of our students, to offer them a rich, diverse toolbox and a new set of eyes with which to see themselves and the people they work with.
There are many schools that can you train you to coach.
We want to offer you more than that.
We are not just interested in training coaches. We are interested in building people, nurturing leadership and teaching compassionate healing.
We support our students way beyond their technical skill set to access their fullest strengths; to heal and be healed and to be confident in their work.
Most importantly, all of our teachings are firmly rooted in Torah sources. The healing and empowerment that we bring to our students and clients are designed to bring them closer to soul awareness and to G-d.
We combine Torah- true values with classic and modern coaching tools to create a truly transformational experience.
All coaches who go through the certificate program are eligible to join the Redemption Coaching Team and may be offered clients through RivkaMalka.com

Years ago I received classic Life Coaching training at a premiere coach training school. I began my practice equipped with tools and an education that was invaluable and solid.
At that time I was receiving healing work from an outside practitioner and I noticed that the more work I received the better my coaching became. I began to reach people in ways I never thought possible. I began to witness them undergoing transformation that was way beyond what I was offering them. I was amazed at their growth. What was going on?
I began to get hungry: Hungry for knowledge. Hungry to understand; What is healing? What is transformation? What is this gift that I am receiving and how I can best offer it to another person?
The Almighty who blessed me with this curiosity also blessed me answers. In a series of events that I can only call A Shower of Gifts I began to encounter more and more modes of healing: Somatic Work, Inner Child Work, Compassionate Holding, Integrated Transcendence, and more. At that same time, in my own growth process I was deepening my Emunah ( faith), working on forgiveness and intentionally sourcing my energy from the Ultimate Giver.
I myself was doing healing work and all along I was coaching. Sometimes using the tools I’d been taught in school and sometimes experimenting with the new and deeper methods that had become available to me.
I was led to teachers. Slowly, my approach changed. How I saw people changed. How I saw coaching changed. The old way frustrated me and the new way left me in wonder.
During this time I began to run Redemption Retreats. The extended length of these retreats and the diversity of my staff allowed me to use all of the modalities at once. The results were amazing. Every Retreat was a three day song of growth. At the heart of it all, however it was the unconditionally accepting atmosphere and the space of Emunah that was the magic.
The code was cracked. Coaching was not enough. Holy, transformational connection was the key.
Following the Retreat, many participants experienced powerful growth, both through the Retreat work and through their follow up coaching. They were on fire. They became ready to help others.
It was time for the Redemption School to be born.

Rivka Malka Perlman

Rivka Malka Perlman is a Transformation Coach and Spiritual Guide. Trained in multiple coaching and healing modalities, the driving force behind her work is love.
It is this love that led her to share the gifts of her most personal healing journey and create the Redemption Retreat. Her vision was for all women to experience a redemptive and transformative experience. In order for this to happen, the women would need to feel truly safe, to be truly seen, heard and felt and to be loved. Combining her transformation work with a deep sense of sisterhood has led to dozens of overnight Retreats, workshops and talks and has resulted in a team of powerful Redemption Coaches.

Underneath the work is a global mission of healing – a calling to bring every woman into awareness of their magnificent self and the ways that G-d has created them and their lives for their perfect mission. Her desire is to bring women compassion, self – love and empowerment. Her work leans into the Art of Forgiveness and the Art of Womanhood. She uses coaching skills as a launching pad for a language of love that heals – and Emunah as a vehicle to repair relationships.

As the founder of The Redemption School of Coaching, she has had the joy of watching this mission come alive through her students and the light that they shine. Most recently, she was called to bring Geula Gatherings to the world – a movement of expressed joyful yearning towards the Ultimate Redemption. This movement began with 24,000 women gathering in prayer and continues to build momentum today.

Learning with Rivka Malka is an experience of realness, intimacy and empowerment. You will gain practical skills that will change the way you experience all your relationships and will equip you to coach anyone towards their healing and greatness.

What if I am already a coach? Will I still benefit?
Yes. This probing training will stretch your skills at whatever level you are at. We have had many therapists and classically trained coaches tell us that despite they’re previous experience they are learning entirely new approaches at the Redemption School.
What are the sources for your trainings?
Rivka Malka is trained in CoActive coaching through CTI The coaches Training Institute. In addition she is trained in Somatic Work, Inner Child Work, Business Coaching and Energy Healing.
Our training is experiential and we though do not quote text outright, please be advised that everything we teach is deeply rooted deeply in Torah sources. Some of these include, The Ramchall, Chovos Halevavos, Meslias Yesharim, Rebbi Nachman, as well as more contemporary sources like the Aish Kodesh, Nesivos Shalom and the Alai Shor.
The skills that we use to integrate these teachings are culled from classic coach training as well as healing work.
Are all students accepted?
In general, we accept all students. However, we do reserve the right in certain instances to not allow for specific potential participants to join the course. We also reserve the right to remove any student from a course if they are having a deep negative impact on the rest of the participants or on the learning environment.

The live online class will be a lively interactive class including live coaching demonstrations, coaching observation and feedback, different exercises, answering any questions, going deeper into understanding the tools and teachings, challenging ourselves and lots of self discovery.
How long are the courses?

What does my week look like?
Each week there is one pre-recorded class and one live online class. The live class discusses and deepens the learning of the material taught in the pre-recorded class. The tools and ideas that were taught will be put into action and demonstrated in live coaching which includes all participants. There is lively discussion, questions and answers and clarification of ideas and concepts. Participants will have the opportunity to practice coaching during the live class. During the week there will also be homework consisting of coaching, reading or writing.
How often are the classes?
Each course is approximately 3 months during which we will meet 10 times.

What if I'm on a different time zone?
Since our live classes run on US EST time, participants in other countries may choose to learn via the recordings.
However, in order to give our students the BEST interactive experience, there will be a once a month LIVE class 11pm EST to accommodate those in other time zones.
Additionally, we have a number of participants in Israel. You may choose to meet up in person in order to connect, practice coaching and get the live Redemption experience.
