1. What gets you up in the morning?

I'm so grateful for a new day. The opportunity to change and grow. My responsibilities to the people I love. Because life is an adventure.

2. When do you feel most alive?

When I give to people in need. When I work hard on something and people enjoy it. When I triumph over an inner trigger. When I'm using my talents to work on a project.

3. Where are you brave?

I'm brave on the inside. I overcome fears that no one knows about. I take on things that are hard for me, but I do it because it matters. That takes bravery. I follow my inner voice to do what needs to be done, even if it feels like a risk. This takes bravery. I dare to be myself, even though not everyone gets me. It takes bravery.

4. What is your secret superpower?

I have a sixth sense about what people need, for example a meal or a kind word, or a special gift. I have a sixth sense about how to make people feel comfortable. I see depth and meaning in everything, and this gives me energy to create an environment that makes things better for people. I radiate a contagious light and energy that makes people feel better.

5. Which of these statements sound like your inner voice?

It's all got to get done, I have to make it all happen.
The mission is too big for me to take a break. I have to do it all myself. Showing up to do mundane things is so tedious.
I'm working on something important and I don't want to stop. I'm taking care of other people, rest and self care is not in the cards for me. I can't say no to helping another person, even when I am not really feeling up to it. I want to help so I power through.

6. What are you working on in your relations with other people:

Saying No -
{setting my boundaries and getting comfortable with saying 'NO.'} I can't save everyone
{I can't save people from themselves, and I have to make sure to take care of myself.} Working well with other people and connecting with them -
{Even though I'm independent, I'm working hard on investing in my relationships.} self discipline - Not being flaky to other people -
{Patience and acceptance of other people life experience.}

7. What is your anthem?

Love is in the details. A small act goes a long way. Be kind. you never know what people are going through. Be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire. Fun is what you make it.
